How ordering
works.

An order is a request
Placing an order on this site does not complete a sale. It tells us what you want and how to reach you. We call you to confirm the piece, the delivery address and the timing before anything ships.
A sale is agreed on that call. Until then either side can walk away with no obligation.
Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinar and are the price of the piece alone. Delivery is quoted separately when we confirm, because it depends on where you are.
The price you see when you order is the price we honour, even if the listed price changes afterwards.
Payment
No card or bank details are collected on this site, and there is no payment processor connected to it. Payment is arranged directly with you on the confirmation call.
Availability
Stock is limited and is counted in real time. If the last unit sells while you are checking out, your order is refused rather than accepted and cancelled later — you will see this immediately.
Custom work
Custom fabrication is quoted per project. A quote covers materials, a timeline and a price, and nothing is started until you accept it in writing.
Contact
Anything about an order or these terms goes to studio@bouchnak.tn.
These terms describe current practice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Three things are deliberately absent because the studio has not decided them: a returns and refunds policy, a warranty on the work, and the registered business name and address. All three must be settled and stated here before selling at scale.
